Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and passionate Continental Helper / Commis III for our café kitchen. The candidate will assist chefs in preparing continental dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs in preparation of continental dishes, sandwiches, pasta, salads, burgers, and breakfast items.
Cut, chop, and prepare vegetables, sauces, and ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen area, equipment, and storage.
Support in food plating and presentation.
Ensure proper food storage as per hygiene standards.
Follow kitchen SOPs and safety guidelines.
Help in stock handling and kitchen inventory.
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations during service hours.
Maintain quality and consistency of food preparation.
