Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Chef Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and a passion for training people. While basic knowledge of Continental cuisine is preferred, the company will provide complete training on our products and operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training programs for newly launched outlets across India.

• Deliver high-quality practical and theoretical training to outlet staff.

• Demonstrate food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure every outlet maintains the company's quality and service standards.

• Identify operational challenges during training and provide practical solutions.

• Coordinate with the operations team and submit training reports after each outlet visit.

• Support new outlet openings and ensure a smooth handover after successful staff training.

• Represent the company professionally while interacting with franchise partners and outlet teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Pleasant and professional personality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.

• Basic knowledge of Continental cuisine preparation (preferred).

• Willingness to learn the company's recipes, processes, and training methods.

• Comfortable travelling across India as per business requirements.

• Ability to work independently and handle training responsibilities with confidence.

• Positive attitude, patience, and leadership qualities.

Travel Requirement

• Extensive Pan India travel is required.

• All official travel, accommodation, and related expenses will be borne by the company.
