Job Summary
We are looking for a Commis 2 and 3 to assist the kitchen team with food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with basic food preparation.
Support cooking and kitchen operations as instructed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation.
Handle and store food ingredients properly.
Follow food safety and kitchen procedures.
Support the team during busy service hours.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper ingredient handling.
Requirements
0– 6 Months of experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or professional kitchen.
Freshers with culinary training can apply.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
