Job Summary:
We are looking for a Commi Chef to support daily outlet operations by assembling, plating, reheating, and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards as per SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and plate food items as per brand recipes & SOPs
Reheat pre-prepared food using approved equipment
Maintain cleanliness of work area, utensils, and storage
Follow food safety, hygiene, and FIFO practices
Check expiry, portion control, and basic stock handling
Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet
Coordinate with outlet manager during peak hours
Requirements:
0–2 years of kitchen experience (cloud kitchen / QSR preferred)
Basic understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness
Ability to follow SOPs and work in fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Education:
Minimum 10th pass (Hotel Management a plus)
