Urgently looking for the Commi III – Kitchen Operations for various outlets in Delhi, Noida & Gurugram.
Department: Operations (Kitchen)
Reporting To: Commi II / Outlet Manager
Work Location: Delhi NCR/Gurugram
Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year (preferred)
Qualification: Basic culinary training / F&B production course preferred
Openings: 30+
Key Responsibilities:
Perform food preparation activities such as cutting, chopping, portioning, and mise-en-place as per recipes and SOPs.
Assist senior kitchen staff during production and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain food quality, portion control, and proper storage using FIFO practices.
Follow all hygiene, sanitation, grooming, and food safety standards (FSSAI/FSMS).
Clean and maintain workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Record daily prep and consumption logs accurately.
Support timely order dispatch and coordinate with kitchen, packaging, and delivery teams.
Attend daily briefings, training sessions, and follow all operational guidelines.
Requirements:
Basic kitchen or food preparation experience preferred.
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment.
Team player with a disciplined and positive attitude.
