Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Commi 3 to join our cloud kitchen team. The candidate will support daily kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, cooking support, cleaning, and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.

• Perform basic kitchen tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, chopping, portioning, and marinating ingredients.

• Complete required mise-en-place before production and service.

• Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen SOPs accurately.

• Assist in preparing food items as instructed by senior kitchen staff.

• Ensure ingredients are properly labelled, stored, and rotated using FIFO.

• Check the freshness and quality of raw materials before use.

• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, utensils, equipment, and kitchen area.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.

• Support the team in preparing online orders accurately and on time during peak hours.

• Help minimize food wastage through proper handling and portion control.

• Inform the senior chef or supervisor about any shortage, damaged material, or quality issue.

• Follow opening, production, and closing checklists as assigned.

• Work as part of the kitchen team and assist with other duties assigned by the Chef/Kitchen Supervisor.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, QSR, catering, or cloud kitchen is preferred.

• Freshers with basic culinary knowledge may also apply.

• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and SOPs.

• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Good teamwork, discipline, and punctuality.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Education

10th / 12th Pass or equivalent.
Culinary or hospitality training is an added advantage.
