Job Summary:
Assist in the preparation and production of bakery, pastry, and savory items while maintaining quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and food items as per standard recipes
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards (FSSAI)
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Ensure proper storage and minimize wastage
Requirements:
Diploma in Hotel Management/Culinary Arts preferred
0–2 years of kitchen/bakery experience (freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and teamwork skills
