We are looking for a Commi 2 to join our team at Bdc Eatopia Hospitality India Private Limited and assist in preparing high-quality meals for our guests. The key responsibility includes supporting senior chefs, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring timely food preparation. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 – ₹20,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes as per standard recipes.
Support Commi 1 and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare ingredients by chopping, cutting, and measuring accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of food and kitchen equipment.
Monitor food stock and assist in inventory control.
Ensure all dishes are prepared and served on time.
Follow instructions from senior chefs and contribute to team efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or above.
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and teamwork skills.
Culinary certification or diploma is an added advantage.
