Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled Commi Chef – Tandoor for our premium resort. The candidate should be experienced in preparing Indian and North Indian dishes using the tandoor. Responsibilities include food preparation, marination, grilling, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tandoor items like roti, naan, kebabs, and grilled dishes.

• Assist the chef in daily kitchen operations.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

• Ensure timely food preparation and proper presentation.

• Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team.

Requirements:

• Experience in tandoor or Indian cuisine.

• Prior experience in hotels or resorts preferred.
