We are looking for a skilled Pan-Asian Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in diverse Asian cuisines, including Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Vietnamese, and a passion for creating authentic, high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Menu Execution: Prepare and cook a wide range of Pan-Asian dishes (Stir-fry, Dim Sum, Sushi, Curries, etc.) following standard recipes.
Quality Control: Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and freshness.
Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean and organized workstation; ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Inventory: Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients specifically required for Asian cuisine.
