🍣 URGENT HIRING – COMMIS 1 & COMMIS 2 – SUSHI & DIMSUM
📍 Location: Delhi | Noida | Gurugram
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000/month
(Depending on experience, skills & trial performance)

👨🍳 About the Role:
We are looking for skilled and experienced Commis 1 & Commis 2 – Sushi & Dimsum professionals to join our cloud kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare Sushi, Dimsum & related Asian cuisine as per standard recipes.
• Handle food preparation, cutting, portioning & plating.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality & presentation.
• Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness & kitchen safety.
• Manage mise en place and ensure ingredients are ready for service.
• Follow proper storage and food-handling practices.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
• Follow instructions from the Chef/Sous Chef.
• Minimize food wastage and ensure proper ingredient utilization.
• Maintain cleanliness of the assigned workstation.
⏰ Working Hours:
• 10-hour shift + 1-hour break
• Morning Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Important Requirements:
✅ Experience in Sushi & Dimsum is required.
✅ Candidates should be comfortable working in a Cloud Kitchen environment.
✅ Candidates should be available for a trial.
📍 Trial location will be shared separately.
