Job Responsibilities:
✅ Preparation of bakery & pastry items (bread, buns, pastries, baked goods)
✅ Bulk production for centralized kitchen dispatch
✅ Follow standard recipes, portion control & quality standards
✅ Maintain hygiene, cleanliness & food safety (FSSAI)
✅ Assist in baking, finishing, packing & timely dispatch
✅ Proper storage & handling of raw materials and finished products
✅ Team coordination to meet daily production targets
Experience Required:
🔹 Commis I: 1–2 years
🔹 Commis II: Minimum 1 year
🔹 Commis III: Minimum 6 months
