and reliable Commi Chef- Bakery who values quality, consistency, and clean work practices. You will support daily production across cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts while upholding our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and baking of cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts

• Follow standard recipes, portioning, and production guidelines

• Perform basic frosting, filling, and simple decoration of products

• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and freshness of ingredients and finished goods

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and kitchen areas

• Support packing and order readiness for dispatch and delivery

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen

• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and equipment

• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the brand

• Physically fit for kitchen work and flexible with working hours
