Job Title: Kitchen Staff – QSR (Sandwiches, Burgers & Pasta)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and reliable Kitchen Staff member to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team.
The role involves preparing a variety of food items such as sandwiches, burgers, and pasta, and assisting in vegetable
cutting, cooking, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble sandwiches, burgers, and pasta as per company recipes and presentation standards.
Handle vegetable cutting, chopping, and basic food preparation.
Maintain food quality, freshness, and portion consistency.
Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols as per FSSAI standards.
Ensure kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
Support kitchen operations during peak hours by assisting team members.
Manage ingredients stock levels and inform the supervisor of replenishment.
Follow opening and closing checklists for kitchen setup and cleaning.
Comply with company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Fresher / 6 months – 2 years of experience in a QSR or café kitchen (preferred).
Basic knowledge of sandwich, burger, and pasta preparation.
Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per operational needs.
Education:
Minimum 10th pass or equivalent qualification.
Basic food handling training or certification (preferred).
