Job Title: Commis I – South Indian Cuisine

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commis I specializing in South Indian cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic South Indian dishes with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes (dosa, idli, vada, sambhar, chutneys, curries, etc.)
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients.
Assist in menu planning and contribute innovative ideas for South Indian dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, following food safety standards.
Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
