We are opening a new Takeout outlet in Kullu and are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of multi-cuisine cooking, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to set up and manage a new kitchen from scratch.
Lead kitchen operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Design and finalize the menu for the new Takeout store.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, assigning and delegating work effectively.
Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, hygiene, and consistency.
Manage kitchen inventory, stock levels, and food cost control.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Maintain discipline and teamwork among kitchen staff.
Coordinate with management for menu updates, new dishes, and quality improvement.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef in a reputed restaurant or QSR setup.
Strong knowledge of Chinese, North Indian, and Continental cuisines.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage kitchen operations independently.
Should be reliable, punctual, and passionate about food quality.
