Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
Manage food preparation, cooking, and plating within set timelines.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Manage inventory, food storage, and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and assist in menu planning when required.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Chinese Chef.
Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, sauces, spices, and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good time management and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
