Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef who specializes in preparing authentic and Indo-Chinese cuisine with consistency, speed, and quality. The candidate should have good knowledge of sauces, wok cooking, seasoning, and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes including:
Noodles
Fried Rice
Manchurian
Chilli Chicken / Paneer
Spring Rolls
Soups and starters
Handle wok cooking efficiently during rush hours
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Prepare sauces, gravies, and mise-en-place as per kitchen standards
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the Chinese section
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
Monitor stock and ingredient usage
Key Expectations
Strong knowledge of Chinese and Indo-Chinese cuisine
Good speed and wok-handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Consistency in taste and portioning
Positive attitude and teamwork skills
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Requirements
Minimum 1–4 years of experience as a Chinese Chef
Experience in restaurant, café, hotel, or cloud kitchen preferred
Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene standards
