Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chinese Chef who specializes in authentic and Indo-Chinese cuisine. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing a wide range of Chinese dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes as per standard recipes.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
Manage daily kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness.
Monitor food inventory and control wastage.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
Train and coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Assist in menu planning and introducing new dishes.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Chinese Chef.
Strong knowledge of Chinese sauces, wok cooking, noodles, rice preparations, and appetizers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Immediate joiners preferred.
