Magic in Meal is looking for a skilled and passionate Chinese Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing authentic and Indo-Chinese cuisine while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
Manage ingredient preparation, inventory, and minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
Follow company recipes and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chinese Chef.
Good knowledge of Chinese and Indo-Chinese cuisine.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Team player with a positive attitude.
