We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef with hands-on experience in preparing authentic Chinese cuisine. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in Chinese cooking techniques, sauces, and presentation, while maintaining hygiene and food quality standards.
Prepare and cook Chinese dishes such as noodles, rice, gravies, starters, and sauces
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Manage food preparation and kitchen operations for Chinese section
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
Control portion size and minimize food wastage
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
Monitor stock levels and inform management for procurement
Follow SOPs and standard recipes
Proven experience as a Chinese Chef / Chinese Cook
Knowledge of Indo-Chinese & authentic Chinese dishes
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Team player with good time management skills
