Chef KRA – Shawarma & Tandoori
• Prepare Shawarma (Veg & Non-Veg) and Charcoal Tandoori (Arabian Wings, Al-Faham, Chicken Tandoori)
• Make and maintain in-house masalas & marinades, also make staff food.
• Ensure taste consistency & quality
• Handle charcoal grill & cooking operations
• Manage and guide helper/staff (provided)
• Maintain hygiene & kitchen discipline
• Control raw material usage & wastage
