Location: Vashi - Navi Mumbai
Experience: 3 - 5 yrs
Qualification: Hotel Management or Related Degree
Industry Preference: Bakery or Traditional Sweet Industry
Timings: 7 am to 5 pm and 1 pm to 11 pm
Weekoff – Monday to Thursday any one day week off

Job Purpose:
A Chef is responsible for crafting traditional mithais, creating new dessert menus, and strictly maintaining hygiene and culinary standards. They oversee kitchen staff, ensure timely food preparation, and manage ingredient quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Menu Development: Create unique sweets, mithai cakes, and exciting new desserts based on client specifications and seasonal trends to engage customers.
Food Preparation: Prepare and present menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
Kitchen Operations: Guide and motivate kitchen assistants to work efficiently, train personnel, and ensure timely meal/sweets preparation.
Quality & Safety: Check the quality of raw materials and the condition of kitchen equipment. Ensure the kitchen remains clean and strictly meets all local health and safety guidelines.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good presentation and preparation skills, a precise eye for detail, and a portfolio of creative culinary work.
