We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chole Bhature & Chole Puri Chef who can prepare authentic, flavorful, and consistent North Indian chole dishes along with soft, crispy, and properly prepared bhature and puri.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare authentic chole bhature and chole puri according to the required taste and recipe.
Prepare chole with the correct balance of spices, gravy, and consistency.
Prepare fresh bhature and puri with proper dough preparation, size, texture, and frying.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
Handle daily preparation, cooking, and mise en place efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
Manage ingredients and minimize food wastage.
Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff during busy hours.
Maintain proper portion control and food quality.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Chole Bhature / Chole Puri Chef preferred.
Good knowledge of North Indian cooking and spices.
Must be skilled in preparing chole, bhature, and puri.
Ability to maintain consistent taste and quality.
Good kitchen discipline and hygiene practices.
Ability to work efficiently during peak business hours
