We are looking for a skilled and passionate Momo Maker to prepare high-quality momos and related dishes. The candidate should have hands-on experience in making different types of momos, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring consistent taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of momos including veg, chicken, and paneer momos
Make dough, fillings, and sauces (chutneys) as per standard recipes
Ensure proper steaming, frying, and presentation of momos
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients
Follow food safety and kitchen safety guidelines
Manage stock of raw materials and inform supervisor for replenishment
Work efficiently during peak hours and maintain consistency

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience as a momo maker or similar role
Knowledge of different momo styles and preparation techniques
Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication skills
