About the Job

We are looking for a Kitchen Helper to assist our chef with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.

Freshers are welcome. We will provide basic training.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist the chef with daily food preparation

• Washing, cutting and preparing vegetables

• Preparing potatoes, onions, coriander and other ingredients

• Helping with Vada Pav, Misal, Dabeli and Chaat preparation

• Assist with frying samosas and vadas

• Prepare plates and takeaway orders

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and utensils

• Wash utensils and kitchen equipment

• Keep ingredients properly stored

• Help with loading/unloading kitchen supplies

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness during working hours

• Support the chef during busy hours

• Reduce food wastage and follow instructions carefully

Requirements

• No formal education required

• Freshers can apply

• Previous hotel/restaurant experience is an advantage

• Hardworking and reliable

• Good hygiene and cleanliness

• Quick learner

• Able to work as part of a team

• Punctual and disciplined

Working Hours

7:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Shift/weekly-off arrangement will be discussed during interview.
