Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to prepare high-quality meals, maintain food safety standards, and ensure efficient kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in food preparation, menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and quality standards.

• Ensure food is presented attractively and served on time.

• Plan menus and suggest new dishes based on customer preferences.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety regulations.

• Monitor food stock levels and coordinate with management for procurement.

• Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

• Supervise kitchen assistants and support staff when required.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Inspect food quality and freshness before preparation and serving.

• Handle customer feedback related to food quality and take corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Chef or Cook.

• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
