Handle weekend rush efficiently
Strong hands-on experience in Continental cuisine
Knowledge of pizza base handling & sauce preparation
Basic knowledge of coffee machine operations
Experience in mocktail preparation
Ability to work in a fast-paced cafe environment
Understanding of food costing and portion control
Good team coordination skills
2–3 years experience in café / QSR / casual dining
Immediate joiner preferred
Should be punctual, disciplined & hygiene-focused
Experience in handling birthday or high-volume orders is a plus
