Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook tandoor items such as naan, roti, kebabs, tikka, and other grilled dishes as per standard recipes.
• Operate and maintain the tandoor section efficiently during kitchen operations.
• Ensure proper marination, seasoning, and preparation of food items.
• Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion standards.
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and inform seniors about shortages.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food items and kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service operations.
• Minimize wastage and maintain kitchen discipline.
• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen activities and production planning.
