Chapati / Phulka
Plain Paratha
Lachha Paratha
Stuffed Paratha (Aloo, Paneer, Onion, Mixed Vegetable, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and standardize recipes for all products.
Supervise daily production activities.
Train and develop new production staff.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, size, and quality.
Manage dough preparation, fermentation, stuffing, and cooking processes.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with the Production Manager to achieve daily production targets.
Ensure smooth operation of machinery and production equipment.
Introduce process improvements to increase efficiency and product quality.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Indian bread production.
Strong knowledge of commercial-scale production.
Ability to train workers and manage kitchen/factory teams.
Knowledge of food hygiene and quality standards.
Capable of handling production pressure and meeting deadlines.
Working Hours
Minimum 10 hours per day
May extend up to 12 hours depending on production requirements
