We are looking for a skilled and passionate Vegetarian Indian Chef to prepare authentic vegetarian Indian dishes, maintain high food quality standards, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian spices, regional vegetarian cuisines, and hygienic cooking practices.

Prepare and cook a variety of vegetarian Indian dishes (North Indian, South Indian, regional specialties, etc.).
Plan menus and suggest new vegetarian recipes.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor stock levels and assist in purchasing ingredients.
Manage food preparation within time and cost limits.
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and minimize food wastage
Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
