Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and energetic Chef who can manage food preparation for both Corporate Office and Factory staff. The candidate should have experience in preparing sandwiches, coffee, fast food, and South Indian dishes with good presentation and plating knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve sandwiches, burgers, snacks, and fast food items.
Make tea, coffee, cold beverages, and other refreshments.
Prepare South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, uttapam, vada, sambhar, etc.
Ensure proper food plating and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and serving area.
Handle kitchen inventory and stock management.
Ensure timely food preparation and service during office hours.
Follow food safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with management for menu planning and daily requirements.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Sandwiches, Fast Food, and South Indian cuisine.
Good coffee and beverage-making skills.
Basic plating and food presentation knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Hygiene and cleanliness awareness.
Team handling and coordination skills.
Qualification:
Hotel Management or relevant culinary experience preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Chef/Cook in office, café, restaurant, or factory cafeteria.
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience and skills.
Other Requirements:
Punctual and disciplined.
Ability to manage kitchen operations independently.
