Key Responsibilities
Bread & Bakery Production
Prepare and bake a variety of fresh breads on a daily basis.
Must have good experience in making:
Jumbo bread
Pita bread
Sandwich bread
Buns / pav
Burger buns
Pizza base
Other bakery bread items
Prepare bakery products such as:
Patties
Cookies
Rusk / toast (if applicable)
Basic snack bakery items
Required Skills
Good understanding of:
Dough preparation
Proofing / fermentation
Baking temperature & timing
Bread texture and consistency
Should be able to maintain same taste, softness, shape, and quality every day
Must know how to handle oven work, baking trays, production timing, and batch preparation
Should have practical knowledge of bakery ingredients and measurements
Additional Advantage
Basic or working knowledge of:
Cakes
Cream work
Tea-time bakery snacks
Puff / patty fillings
Candidate with multi-product bakery experience will be preferred
Kitchen & Production Responsibilities
Manage daily bakery production as per requirement
Ensure proper use of raw materials and ingredients
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen and bakery area
Help in basic stock checking and inform management about ingredient requirements
Support in packing bakery items and customer orders
Ensure all products are prepared on time for shop display, orders, and delivery
