Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Chef Manager / Chef de Partie (CDP) to lead the kitchen operations of our growing cloud kitchen. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary expertise in Continental cuisine
(Tacos, Wraps, Rolls, Rice bowls) along with the leadership skills to manage daily kitchen operations, maintain inventory, control food costs, and lead a small culinary team (Commis and KSTs).
Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen Operations: Manage daily operations of the cloud kitchen, ensuring consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and adherence to recipes.
Menu Execution: Hands-on preparation and supervising the creation of Continental items, Tacos, Wraps, and Rolls, ensuring fast turnaround times for delivery tickets.
Inventory & Cost Control: Track daily stock levels, manage raw material ordering, minimize food wastage, and ensure optimal food cost management.
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and schedule the kitchen team (Commi 1, Commi 2, and KST). Foster a disciplined and efficient work environment.
Hygiene & FSSAI Compliance: Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and deep-cleaning schedules in compliance with FSSAI regulations.
Vendor & Process Coordination: Manage daily reporting, coordinate with suppliers for fresh inventory, and align with the management team on operational goals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of culinary experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (DCDP, CDP, or Kitchen Executive) within a cloud kitchen, QSR, or high-volume cafe.
Cuisine Expertise: Strong command over Continental cuisine, sauces, and continental fast-food concepts.
Operational Skills: Proficient in inventory management, recipe standardization, and reading basic sales/stock sheets.
