This is the entry point into Pizza 4P's Cheese Production team, building foundational cheese-making skills, food safety discipline, and hygienic production habits under close supervision.
Learn and practice core cheese production SOPs (ingredient prep, weighing, mixing, fermentation support, and cleaning). Complete Food Safety Basic and Production Orientation training on time.
Assist in raw material preparation and basic production tasks (mould filling, turning, pressing) under supervision. Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and workstations.
Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols. Report any hygiene concerns or product abnormalities immediately to the Trainer.
Support teammates, communicate respectfully, and follow all directions promptly. Arrive punctual, in clean uniform, with a positive and curious attitude.
Follow all Food Safety, Hygiene, and Workplace Safety policies. No unsupervised use of high-risk equipment or ingredient changes without Trainer approval.
