We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Mexican and Continental cuisine. The candidate will be responsible for managing a specific kitchen section, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Mexican and Continental dishes as per standard recipes
Handle the assigned kitchen section independently
Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
Ensure proper mise en place and timely service during operations
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Monitor stock levels and coordinate for ingredient requirements
Assist in menu planning and recipe standardization
Train and supervise Commis chefs and kitchen helpers
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts
3–6 years of relevant experience as CDP or similar role
Strong knowledge of Mexican and Continental cuisine
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good leadership and team handling skills
