Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts
2. Help with the decoration and presentation of baked goods, ensuring they meet our high standards
3. Follow recipes and instructions to accurately measure and mix ingredients
4. Maintain a clean and organized work station, following proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
5. Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
6. Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions and offering recommendations to customers
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations in the bakery
