Ensure proper cleaning and washing of meat before selling.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the cutting area and shop.
Safely handle knives and other cutting equipment.
Store meat properly in freezers/cold storage to maintain freshness.
Check quality and freshness of stock daily.
Serve customers politely and take accurate orders.
Weigh meat correctly and avoid wastage.
Dispose of waste materials safely and maintain sanitation.
Follow food safety standards and company policies.
