Job Summary:
The Cloud Kitchen Chef is responsible for preparing high-quality food as per standardized recipes, ensuring timely order dispatch, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations in a delivery-based setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items as per company recipes and quality standards.
Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of online orders.
Maintain food presentation, portion control, and consistency.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels and inform for stock replenishment.
Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
Coordinate with packaging and dispatch team for smooth operations.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of multi-cuisine or specific assigned cuisine.
Understanding of cloud kitchen/order-based operations.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
Time management and teamwork skills.
Basic inventory management knowledge.
Qualification:
Diploma/Certification in Hotel Management or relevant experience.
Experience:
1–3 years in restaurant, QSR, or cloud kitchen.
