Commis III kitchen operations ko support karne ke liye responsible hai, jisme accurate food preparation, mise-en-place, cleaning aur Caterspoint ke quality aur hygiene standards ka strict follow-up shamil hai. Yeh role kitchen execution ki foundation hai, jo ensure karta hai ki saari recipes aur processes SOPs ke according follow ho, taaki taste, hygiene aur operational efficiency maintain rahe.
Key Responsibilities
1. Food Preparation & Production Support
Recipe sheets ke according cutting, chopping, portioning aur basic food preparation karna.
Training manual aur kitchen SOP ke mutabik recipes aur portion sizes ko strictly follow karna.
Production hours ke dauran Commis II aur CDP ko support karna aur smooth workflow maintain karna.
2. Hygiene & Sanitation
Har batch ya shift ke baad workstation, utensils aur equipment ki proper cleaning karna.
Color-coded chopping boards ka sahi istemal karna aur cleaning schedules follow karna.
Personal grooming standards maintain karna – gloves, apron, hairnet, safety shoes aur clean nails.
Outlet Manager dwara conduct kiye gaye daily hygiene checks mein actively participate karna.
3. Operational Discipline
Kisi bhi material shortage, damage ya process deviation ko turant Commis II ya Manager ko report karna.
Rush hours ke dauran timely dispatch support karna aur KPT (Kitchen Preparation Time) delays ko minimize karna.
Opening, mid-shift aur closing checklists ko discipline ke saath complete karna.

10th Pass
Experience:
6 months–2 saal ka experience (Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain)
