Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to company standards.

• Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, equipment, and seating areas.

• Restock supplies, ingredients, and display items as needed.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely.

• Assist in opening and closing duties.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Passion for coffee and hospitality.

• Attention to detail and cleanliness.

• Ability to multitask efficiently.

Working Conditions:

• Standing for long periods.

• Lifting supplies up to 25 lbs.
