Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely.
Café Operations
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tables, and café area.
Restock supplies (beans, milk, syrups, pastries) as needed.
Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
Cash Handling
Process payments via cash, card, or digital methods.
Maintain accurate billing and daily sales records.
Coffee Knowledge → Basic understanding of espresso, brewing methods, and café menu items.
Customer Service Skills → Friendly, approachable, and able to handle busy rush hours.
Attention to Detail → Ensuring consistent taste and presentation.
Teamwork → Ability to work with kitchen and service staff.
Time Management → Efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior café/restaurant experience preferred .
Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
