We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Barista / Café Associate to join our team. The role involves preparing and serving beverages and light food items while ensuring a high standard of customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency in daily café operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, shakes, and specialty drinks
Prepare and serve light food items such as sandwiches, snacks, and desserts
Take customer orders accurately and process billing/payments
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
Ensure proper storage and handling of food and ingredients
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally
Assist in opening and closing duties of the café
