Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and quality.

2. Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

3. Operate coffee equipment including espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and POS systems.

4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the café, including counters, equipment, and customer seating areas.

5. Follow all food safety guidelines and café operating procedures.

6. Manage inventory for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables; report shortages promptly.

7. Assist in training new staff members when required.

8. Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in billing.

9. Support daily opening and closing duties.
