We are looking for a Barista and Coffe Roaster to join our team at Mikafeka Coffee Roaster and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, and specialty drinks.

Operate and maintain coffee roasting and brewing equipment.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the work area.

Assist customers with menu selections and provide product recommendations.

Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction.

Manage orders, inventory, and stock levels of coffee beans and café supplies.

Deliver excellent customer service while creating a welcoming café experience.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
