Barista + Course Counselor

Location: Mumbai Andheri West .

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on Skills & Knowledge)

Job Description:

Italian Barista Academy (IBA) is a complete coffee ecosystem including training, roasting, consulting, and coffee business development.
We are looking for a Barista who has strong coffee beverage knowledge and wants to grow beyond café service.
This role includes:
Preparing espresso-based beverages
Maintaining coffee quality & hygiene
Assisting in coffee training sessions
Calling and counseling students for coffee courses
Explaining course details and career scope
Following up with inquiries and helping fill batches

Requirements:

Good knowledge of espresso, milk texturing & coffee beverages
Minimum 6 months experience as Barista (Freshers with strong coffee knowledge can apply)
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Comfortable on calls & WhatsApp follow-ups
Passionate about building a career in coffee industry
