Job Title: Café Barista (Coffee & Beverage Specialist)

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Barista with strong knowledge of coffee preparation, filter coffee, and

beverage recipes. The candidate should be able to prepare consistent and high-quality beverages, maintain cleanliness, and

deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare South Indian Filter Coffee with correct decoction ratios and taste consistency.

Prepare and serve various coffee beverages such as Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Americano, Cold Coffee, etc.

Prepare other beverages such as milkshakes, mojitos, iced teas, frappes, and café signature drinks.

Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and the POS billing system.

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size for every order.

Assist customers with menu recommendations and maintain a friendly service attitude.

Maintain the cleanliness of the barista counter, equipment, and café area.

Ensure proper stock rotation, storage, and basic inventory management.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience working as a Barista in a Café / QSR / Coffee Shop.

Good knowledge of:

o Coffee beans, roast levels, grind size, and brewing methods.

o Milk steaming, frothing technique and latte finishing.

o Filter Coffee preparation and decoction handling.

Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.

Ability to handle peak-hour service with speed and accuracy.

Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn new beverage recipes.

Education:

High School / PUC / Diploma or any equivalent qualification.
