Job Title: Cafe Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Cafe Associate to join our growing startup café. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities including counter billing, beverage preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness within the café.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages as per café standards

• Handle counter billing and POS transactions accurately

• Greet and assist customers politely and professionally

• Maintain cleanliness of utensils, counters, and café premises

• Support smooth day-to-day café operations

• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed

• Assist customers with orders and provide a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a café, coffee shop, or QSR outlet preferred

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and billing systems

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to multitask

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with POS software and basic café operations
