The Role

We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Office Barista. The role focuses on delivering high-quality beverage service, operating premium coffee machines, managing pantry inventory, and maintaining excellent standards of workplace hospitality. The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, communicative, and comfortable working in a corporate office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and refreshments using high-end coffee and beverage machines.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper functioning of all F&B equipment and pantry areas.

• Manage F&B inventory, including stock tracking, replenishment, and coordination with vendors.

• Ensure meeting rooms are ready and serviced professionally before and after meetings.

• Provide courteous and professional service to employees, leadership, and visiting clients.

• Support office events, client visits, and day-to-day hospitality requirements.

• Coordinate with facilities and housekeeping teams to maintain common areas.

What You’ll Bring?

• A degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of professional etiquette, table manners, and service protocols.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a courteous and composed demeanour.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in F&B, hospitality, café, hotel, or corporate pantry setup.

• Hands-on experience operating premium or commercial coffee machines.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and vendor coordination.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional grooming, formal dressing, and a strong service mindset.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a professional environment.
