Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing high-quality coffee beverages, a strong understanding of brewing equipment, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages, filter coffees, teas, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and quality standards.

• Greet customers warmly, answer questions regarding the menu, and provide personalized recommendations.

• Operate commercial espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently.

• Accurately manage cash register operations, process payments, and utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system.

• Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in the preparation area, dining space, and restrooms.

• Monitor daily inventory for coffee beans, syrups, milk, and pastries, and restock supplies as needed.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience working as a Barista in a café or restaurant setting.

• Hands-on expertise with espresso machines, milk frothing, and basic latte art.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.

• Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient during peak operating hours.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
